Goldriesling

Eine Rebsorte, die nur noch im Elbal angebaut wird. Durch ihren späteren Austrieb und sehr frühe Reife eignet sie sich gut für Randlagen, in denen der Anbau anderer Sorten problematisch wäre. Die Sorte ergibt einen leichten fruchtigen Wein mit neutralem Bukett und kleiner Säure. Goldriesling ist ein hervorragender Kneipwein und zu Spargel ein Genuß.

A wine which is only grown in the Elbe Valley. Owing to the fact that is sprouts late and ripens very early, it is eminently suitable for cultivation in perimeter areas where it would be difficult to grow other varieties. It produces a light, fruity wine with a crisp, slightly sharp taste and a neutral bouquet. It is an excellent pub wine and taste well with asparagus.
